DECLARATION OF THE 18.00-HECTARE PROPERTY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AS THE SITE OF THE GOVERNMENT CENTER IN REGION III AND AUTHORIZATION OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL TO ADMINISTER THE PROPERTY FOR ITS PROPER USE IN COORDINATION WITH OTHER NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES BASED IN REGION III
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the 18.00-hectare property of the Republic of the Philippines as the site of the Regional Government Center in Region III and accordingly authorize the Regional Development Council (RDC) to administer the property for its proper use in coordination with government agencies based in Region III, Pampanga. Said parcel of land situated in Barangay Maimpis, San Fernando, Pampanga is more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation subdivision plan Bcs-03-000002 being a portion of consolidated lot 3302-A, 3302-B, 3302-C, 3302-D, 3302-E, Psd-03-000110 L.R.C. Rec. No. ), situated in the Barrio of Maimpis, Municipality of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga. Bounded on the NE., & SE., along line 1 to 6 by Road; on the SW., along line 6 to 8 by Creek; along line 8 to 10 by lot 3301-A, Bsd-03-000002; along line 10-11 by lot 3299-A (LRC) Psd-265550 & lot 3299-B-2, Bsd-03-000003; along line 11-12 by lot 3299-B-1, Bsd-03-000003; along line 12 to 14 by lot 3828-A, lot 3828-B & lot 3828-C all of (LRC) Psd-265113; on the NW., along line 14-15 by lot 2 of the consolidation subd. beginning, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND (180,000) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true, date of original survey, March 1915-April 1916, and that of the subdivision survey: April 1 – May 4, 1978 and was approved on June 13, 1978.
The land hereinabove described shall be exclusively utilized as site of Regional Offices of the National Government Agencies in Region III and lot allocation of each agency shall be based on the approved Disposition Guidelines to be formulated by the Inter-Agency Task Force under the Regional Development Council Sectoral Committee on Development Administration.
The RDC III is hereby authorized to administer the property to ensure its proper use in coordination with other national government agencies based in Region III.
