CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MADUYA, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMONA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Upon the recommendation of the Director General, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, and Resolution No. 98-083 dated April 6, 1998 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, an area located in Barangay Maduya, Municipality of Carmona, Province of Cavite, henceforth to be known as PEOPLES TECHNOLOGY COMPLEX, consisting of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FOUR (529,894) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 562-C=Lot 1945, of the Cadastral Survey of Carmona, Cad-285 Plan Csd-04-001924-D, LRC Case No. B-80-16, LRC Record No. N-55900), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Carmona, Province Cavite.
