DECLARING JULY 18 OF EVERY YEAR AS “SOUTH COTABATO DAY”, AND TO FURTHER DECLARE TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2000 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 18, 2000, marks the Foundation Day Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare July 18 of every year as “South Cotabato Day”, and to further declare Tuesday, July 18, 2000 as a special day in the Province of South Cotabato.1aшphi1
