DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 22, 2000, marks the 37th foundation day anniversary of the City of Dapitan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dapitan desire to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 22, 2000, as a special day in the City of Dapitan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
