RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF MARAGUSAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN POBLACION, MARAGUSAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Maragusan National High School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the president.
