EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE BONTOC TOWNSITE A CERTAIN PORTION THEREOF SITUATED AT BARANGAY POBLACION, BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS-DIVISION OFFICE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Bontoc Townsite under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Government of Mountain Province, a certain portion thereof and further reserving the same for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports-Division Office, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Dulaycan and approved on February 4, 1999.
The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable and disposable by proclamation of the President.1aшphi1
