DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 4, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CADIZ CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 4, 2000, marks the 33rd Charter Day anniversary of Cadiz City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Cadiz City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 4, 2000, as a special day in Cadiz City.
