DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 19, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, Friday, May 19, 2000, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Sarangani;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Sarangani desire to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, May 19, 2000, as a special day in the Province of Sarangani.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
