RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE STA. BARBARA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY STA. BARBARA, MUNICIPALITY OF IGUIG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Sta. Barbara, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 3535, Pls-601-D

A parcel of land identical to Lot No. 3535, Pls-601-D, situated in Barangay Sta. Barbara, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3306; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 3534, both of Pls-601-D; on the South along line 3-4 by Barangay Road; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 3008; and on the NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 3306; both of Pls-601-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 40° 39E., 2423.91 meters from BLLM No. 1, Pls-601-D, thence:

S. 55° 31E., 70.08 m. to point 2;
S. 08° 32W., 53.99 m. to point 3;
N. 88° 20W., 63.77 m. to point 4;
N 27° 25W., 165.95 m. to point 5;
S. 58° 11E., 106.40 m. to point of beginning. . . .

Containing an area of NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (9,137) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as P.S., cyl. conc. mons., 15×60 cms. Bearings True. Date of survey, March 19, 1958 by Geodetic Engineer N. The development, construction, use and/or operation of any facility that may be established within the parcel of land shall be subjected to environmental control and management. As such, an Initial Environmental Examination or Environmental Impact Assessment, whichever is applicable, shall be required for any development/construction in the area.
