AUTHORIZING THE GINTONG SAKLAY FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, Gintong Saklay Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization and welfare agency established to prevent the occurrence of disability and to assist in the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities and their integration into the mainstream of society as normal, useful and productive members;

WHEREAS, to effectively carry out its noble objectives and successfully implement its disability prevention programs and its rehabilitation services for the disabled, the Foundation needs the financial and moral support of the public.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Gintong Saklay Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign for a period of one (1) year upon the promulgation of this proclamation.1aшphi1
