DECLARING MT. CALAVITE GAME REFUGE AND BIRD SANCTUARY, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALUAN PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS MT. CALAVITE WILDLIFE SANCTUARY
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Mt. Calavite Game Refuge and Bird Sanctuary consisting of a parcel of land situated in the Municipality of Paluan, Province of Occidental Mindoro as Protected Area under the category of Wildlife Sanctuary, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the indigenous people as provided for in R. A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 and other related rules and regulations if any, as described in DENR NIPAS Map No. R04B-01.
Beginning at a point marked 1 on the map which is N 06° 5011.69?W, about 3,862.68 meters from BLLM No. 1, PLS-26 of Paluan, Occidental Mindoro.1aшphi1
