DECLARING THE MALABUNGOT WILDERNESS AREA SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GARCHITORENA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS MALABUNGOT PROTECTED LANDSCAPE AND SEASCAPE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Malabungot Wilderness Area consisting of a parcel of land and surrounding waters situated in the Municipality of Garchitorena, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon as Protected Area under the category of Protected Landscape and Seascape, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the Indigenous Peoples as provided for in R. A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 and other related rules and regulations, if any, as described in DENR NIPAS Map R5-07.1aшphi1
Beginning at a point marked “1” on the map being identical to latitude 13° 35? 32.77? and longitude 123° 35? 0.00?.

The area shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the DENR and shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the NIPAS Act of 1992.
