DECLARING THE RAJAH SIKATUNA NATIONAL PARK SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CARMEN, SIERRA BULLONES, GARCIA HERNANDEZ, VALENCIA, DIMIAO, BILAR AND BATUAN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL AS PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS RAJAH SIKATUNA PROTECTED LANDSCAPE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Rajah Sikatuna National Park consisting of a parcel of land situated in the Municipalities of Carmen, Sierra Bullones, Garcia Hernandez, Valencia, Dimiao, Bilar and Batuan, Province of Bohol, as Protected Area under the category of Protected Landscape, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the Indigenous People as provided for in Republic Act No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order No. 93-02 and other related rules and regulations, if any, as described in DENR NIPAS Map No. R07-17:
