DECLARING TALAYTAY WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINALUNGAN, PROVINCE OF AURORA AS PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS TALAYTAY PROTECTED LANDSCAPE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Talaytay Watershed Forest Reserve which is a parcel of land situated in the Municipality of Dinalungan, Province of Aurora as Protected Area under the category of Protected Landscape, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the indigenous people and provided for in R. A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 and other related rules and regulations, as described in DENR NIPAS Map No. RO 4A-23:
The Talaytay Protected landscape begins at a point marked “1” on the map located at the center of NIA Dam and lies between geographical coordinates 16° 0730” and 161° 530” North latitude and 121° 5035” and 121° 5810” East longitude,

This area shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the DENR and shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the NIPAS Act of 1992 and its implementing rules and regulations.
