DECLARING AMRO RIVER WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CASIGURAN AND DILASAG, PROVINCE OF AURORA AS A PROTECTED AREA PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT 7586 (NIPAS ACT OF 1992) AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS AMRO RIVER PROTECTED LANDSCAPE
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the power vested upon me by law, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and declare Amro River Watershed Forest Reserve consisting of a parcel of land situated in the Municipalities of Casiguran and Dilasag, Province of Aurora, as Protected Area under the category of Protected Landscape, subject to private rights and without prejudice to the rights of the indigenous peoples as provided for in R. A. No. 8371, DENR Administrative Order 93-02 and other related rules and regulations, if any, as described in DENR NIPAS Map RO-4-A 15;
Beginning at a point marked “1” on the map which is located at the center of NIA dam with geographic coordinates of 16° 20? 13.86 latitude and 122° 05? 59.49 longitude, thence;

This area shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the DENR and shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the NIPAS Act of 1992 and its implementing rules and regulations.
