DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 21, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF VICTORIAS

WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 21, 2000, marks the 2nd Charter Anniversary of the City of Victorias into a component city of Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Victorias be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 21, 2000, as a special day in the City of Victorias.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
