DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 2, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Thursday, March 2, 2000, marks the 150th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of La Union;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of La Union desire to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, March 2, 2000, as a special day in the Province of La Union.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
