CREATING AND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POLAMBATO, MUNICIPALITY OF BOGO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Upon recommendation of the Director General, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, and Resolution No. 98-086 dated April 27, 1998 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, an area located in Barangay Polambato, Municipality of Bogo, Province of Cebu, as a special economic zone, henceforth to be known as POLAMBATO-BOGO ECONOMIC ZONE, consisting of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY (417,140) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
