DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 3, 2000, marks the 50th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan.

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, February 3, 2000 as a special day in Cabanatuan City.
