DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 31, 2000 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Monday, January 31, 2000, marks the foundation anniversary of the Municipality of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte;

WHEREAS, in order to rekindle the momentum of the towns independence from its mother place, and considering the series of activities that will be conducted in line with the celebration, the Sangguniang Bayan of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte has requested that the aforesaid date be declared as a non-working holiday.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, January 31, 2000, as a special day in the Municipality of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte.1aшphi1
