DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY

WHEREAS, Friday, February 11, 2000, marks the foundation anniversary of the City of Talisay into a component city;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, February 11, 2000, as a special day in the City of Talisay.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
