DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2000, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF APAYAO

WHEREAS, Monday, February 14, 2000, marks the 5th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Apayao;

WHEREAS, the people of Apayao should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, February 14, 2000, as a special day in the Province of Apayao.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
