[ Proclamation No. 227, January 10, 2000 ]

AUTHORIZING THE DON BOSCO YOUTH CENTER – TONDO, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Don Bosco Youth Center (DBYC) – Tondo is a non-stock, non- profit, religious and charitable institution committed to uplift the quality of life of the poor constituents of Barrio Magsaysay, Tondo, particularly its youth;

WHEREAS, the DBYC – Tondo needs assistance to enable it to pursue its lofty objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Don Bosco Youth Center – Tondo, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this proclamation.
