DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN LUCENA CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, August 20, 1998, marks the 37th charter anniversary of Lucena City;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Lucena City full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, August 20, 1998, as a special day in Lucena City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
