CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BATANGAS DOS, MUNICIPALITY OF MARIVELES, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916

Pursuant to the power vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone in 1995, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of the Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 96-237 dated 29 January 1996 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Barangay Batangas Dos, Municipality of Mariveles, Province of Bataan, henceforth to be known as PNOC Petrochemical Industrial Estate, consisting of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TEN (1,369,710) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
