[ Proclamation No. 62, December 22, 1998 ]

AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY CHEST FOUNDATION, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Community Chest Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 661 dated September 27, 1995, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for a period of one (1) year;

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to attain its goals set under the above mentioned campaign activity;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Community Chest Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for a period of one (1) year, effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
