DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 2, 1999 AS A SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

WHEREAS, Saturday, January 2, 1999 may be declared as a special day without detriment to public service.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, January 2, 1999 as a special day throughout the country.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
