DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 15, 1998, marks the 50th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Naga;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Naga be given full, opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 15, 1997, as a special day in the City of Naga.
