DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 23, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 23, 1998, marks the charter anniversary of Gingoog City;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Gingoog City full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 23, 1998 as a special day in Gingoog City.
