DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 11, 1998 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Saturday, July 11, 1998, marks the 375th Charter Anniversary of the City of Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, the said day is also the 129th birth anniversary of the Citys most illustrious son, the late Dr. Pio Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Valenzuela, be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, July 11, 1998, as a special day in the City of Valenzuela.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
