DECLARING THE THIRD WEEK OF SEPTEMBER OF EVERY YEAR AS “NATIONAL BUILDING MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY WEEK”

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA), is recognized for its vital role in promoting professionalism of the trade professionals of the Philippine building management industry sector;

WHEREAS, the PABA celebrates “National Building Management Industry Week” every month of September coinciding with the observance of its foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is desirable to focus national attention to the important role played by the building administrators in contributing toward progress in the national economy;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the third week of September of every year as “National Building Management Industry Week”.
