DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 1, 1998, marks the 85th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Dipolog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Dipolog be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 1, 1998, as a special day in the City of Dipolog.
