AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2089 BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF LOT SITUATED IN BARANGAY PULONG MARAGUL, CITY OF ANGELES, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, PARTICULARLY LOT NO. 122-E-1-A-2, FROM THE ORIGINAL AREA OF THE PAMPANGA EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 2089, dated 05 June 1981, by excluding from the original area of the then Pampanga Export Processing Zone, the Lot No. 122-E-1-A-2, Psd-035401 - 049894 (Transfer Certificate No. 55499 of the Registry of Deeds of Angeles City) situated in Barangay Pulong Maragul, Angeles City, Pampanga, which was sold by the Export Processing Zone Authority to the National Housing Authority for the use of a resettlement and livelihood community complex for the Mount Pinatubo victims. The lot to be excluded is herein more particularly described as follows:
