AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 156 (S. 1994) CLASSIFYING THE LINGAYEN GULF AS AN ENVIRONMENTALLY CRITICAL AREA, AND SEGREGATING SOME PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN THEREFROM AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR ECO-TOURISM AND OTHER SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 156 dated 25 March 1994, designating the Lingayen Gulf as an environmentally critical area, and segregating the following parcels of public land therefrom, situated in Barangays Sabangan, Estanza, Malimpuec and Capandanan, Municipality of Lingayen, Province of Pangasinan, subject to actual cadastral survey, private rights and their appropriate land use; and reserving the same for eco-tourism and other sustainable development activities and/or projects of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan:
