DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 2, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PASIG

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 2, 1998, marks the 425th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Pasig;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Pasig wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 2, 1998, as a special day in the City of Pasig.
