CREATING AND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CANLUBANG, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916.
Pursuant to the power vested in me under Republic Act 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, as a Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of the Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 98-109 dated 13 May 1998 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Barangay Canlubang, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, consisting of a total land area of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (400,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
“A parcel of land showing the areas proposed as Special Economic Zone, of Lots 28-C-2, 11-1, 28-E-1, 28-E-2, all of Psd-04-086810, and Lots 28-V, 28-G, both of Psd-04-024764, as shown on plan Sk-04-001510, L.R.C. Record No. ___), situated in Brgy. Canlubang, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 25; along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 23; on the NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 2 all of Psd 04-024595; on the NE., SE., along lines 6-7-8-9 by Lot 28, Psd 04-024764; on the SE., along line 9-10 by Road; on the SE., & SW., along lines 10-11-1 by Lot 28-G, Psd-04-024764; Lot 28-E-1 and 28-C-2, both Psd 04-086810;
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being, S. 78 deg. 43" W., 4183.94 m. from B.B.M. No. 36, Calamba Cadastre;

The implementation of this Proclamation shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
