DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 20, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Saturday, June 20, 1998, marks the 39th Charter Anniversary of the City of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, June 20, 1998, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.
