RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SUBEN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SUBEN, MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT QUIRINO, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Suben Elementary School, subject to private rights, if there be any, certain parcels of land of the public domain, which are more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land, Lot 7003, Pls-73, situated in Barangay Suben, Municipality of President Quirino, Province of Sultan Kudarat. Bounded on the NW., NE., and SE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 6867, Pls-73, and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 27º50" W., 357.71 m. from BLLM No. 48, Pls-73, thence:
