AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1136 DATED 21 NOVEMBER 1997 WHICH INCLUDED A PORTION OF LOT 3810 LOCATED IN BARANGAY MANSAYA, LA PAZ, ILOILO UNDER THE COVERAGE OF PROCLAMATION NO. 702 DATED MARCH 10, 1991 (SLUM IMPROVEMENT SETTLEMENT SITE), TO REFLECT ITS ACTUAL AREA, AS SURVEYED
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V . RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1136, dated November 21, 1997, which included a portion of land registered in the name of the Republic of the Philippines under Original Certificate of Title No. 0-61846, A-217 located in Barangay Obrero, Lapuz-Lapaz, Iloilo, under the coverage of Proclamation No. 702 dated 10 March 1991, which established the Iloilo Slum Improvement Settlement Site, subject to private rights, if any there be, to reflect the actual area as surveyed under Plan Psd 06-020718, which portion of the land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3810-B, Psd-06-020718, being a portion of Lot 3810, Cad. 21, Iloilo Cadastre), situated in Barangay Obrero, Lapuz-Lapaz, Iloilo, Island of Panay.
Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by lot 6153, Cad. 21, Iloilo Cadastre; on the NW., along line 2-3 of Public land; along line 3-4-5-6 by Mansaya Creek; on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 6-7-8-9- by Lot 3, Proclamation No. 251, Ccs-06-000152; along lines 9-10-11-1 by Lot 3810-A of this subdivision survey.1aшphi1
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 35° 56" E., 1,048.75 meters from BLLM #57, Cad. 21 Iloilo Cadastre, thence:

All corners referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 2 to 8 by old points and the rest by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons., 15 x 40 cm. Bearings true, surveyed by Engr. Juan V. Sirilan, on 02 May, 1990 and approved on January 22, 1991. Easement for public use 3.00 meters wide along lines 3-4-5-6 is reserved for protection purposes.
