DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 11, 1998, AS SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY
WHEREAS, the national elections shall be held on Monday, May 11, 1998;
WHEREAS, Monday, May 11, 1998, should be declared a special day to give the people the fullest opportunity to participate in the said elections;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, May 11, 1998, as a special day throughout the country.1aшphi1
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
