DECLARING CERTAIN LANDS OWNED BY THE CITY OF TACLOBAN SITUATED IN BARANGAY NEW KAWAYAN, CITY OF TACLOBAN, LEYTE AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916
Upon the recommendation of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, and by virtue of the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 (RA 7916), do hereby designate the following parcels of lands in Barangay Kawayan, City of Tacloban, Province of Leyte, as the Eastern Visayas Regional Agri-Industrial Growth Center Special Economic Zone, consisting of THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN (319,319) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
