DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF PRIVATE LAND IN BARANGAY SAN MIGUEL, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916.
Upon the recommendation of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, and by virtue of the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, do hereby designate the following parcels of private lands in Barangay San Miguel, Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, as Luisita Industrial Park II, consisting of THREE HUNDRED (300) HECTARES, more or less, as defined by the herein technical description:
A parcel of land (lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-03-007375, being a portion of the consolidated lots 36, 37, 38, 40 to 62, 107, 131, 151 and 158, Psd-03-038889, lot 39-B-1 & lot 39-B-2 Psd-036916-055590 & lot 106-B Psd-03045808, LRC Rec. No. 2636), situated in the Bo. of San Miguel, Luisita, Ungot & Bantug, Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by lot 11; on the NE., along line 2-8 by lot 1; on the SE., along line 8-13 by lot 6 (Road), all of the consolidation-subd., plan; on the SW., & SE., along lines 13 to 18 by lot 106-A Psd-03-045808 (Bo. The implementation of this Proclamation shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
