DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 7, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Thursday, May 7, 1998, marks the 58th Charter Anniversary of the City of San Pablo under Commonwealth Act No. 520;

WHEREAS, it is proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, May 7, 1998, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
