CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY DON JOSE, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of the Republic Act No 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the PEZA Board Resolution No. 98-013 dated 14 January 1998, an area located in Barangay Don Jose, Municipality of Sta. Rosa, Province of Laguna, henceforth to be known as GREENFIELD LAGUNA AUTOMOTIVE PARK , consisting of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND NINETY FOUR (500,094) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
