DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CABANATUAN CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 3, 1998, marks the 48th Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cabanatuan City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 3, 1998, as a special day in Cabanatuan City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
