DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 1998 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, January 7, 1998, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Camiguin;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Camiguin be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 7, 1998 as a special day in the Province of Camiguin.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
