DECLARING SUNDAY, AUGUST 30, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE

WHEREAS, Sunday, August 30, 1998, marks the 29th Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Mandaue;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Sunday, August 30, 1998 as a special day in the City of Mandaue.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
