RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MADDALERO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY MADDALERO, MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Maddalero Elementary School, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Maddalero, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND identical to Lot No. 3220, Pls-570 as surveyed for Maddalero School Site, situated in the Barrio of Maddalero, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on SE and SW., along lines 4-1-2 by Lot 3221, Pls-570; on the N., along line 2-3 by National Road; and on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 3219, Pls-570. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 3220, Pls-570 being S. 87 deg. 46" E., 2655.73 m. from BLLM No. 1, of Pls-570.1aшphi1

NOTE:
This proclamation is subject to the condition of the DPWH that the width of the road, abutting the lot applied for shall have the minimum right-of way reservation pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1995.
