RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ALEJANDRO H. ELISEO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Alejandro H. Eliseo Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A Parcel of Land, Lot 2-A Csd-126511-005684, equivalent to Lot 10831, Pls-73 a portion of Lot 2, Swo-000002, Block 2, situated in the Barangay of New Lagao, Municipality of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., S., & SW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Road; and on the NW., along line 5-1 by Road Lot 2-B, Csd-126511-005684. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2-A, Csd-126511-005684, being N. 89-35 W., 3900.51 m. from BLLM 1, Pls. 73;
