RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CABIDIANAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CABIDIANAN, MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Cabidianan Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Cabidianan, Municipality of Nabunturan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao and which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A Parcel of Land, (Lot 2894, Pls-2), situated in Cabidianan, Municipality of Nabunturan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Road; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 2631, Pls-2; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2682, Pls-2 and on the NW., along 4-1 by Road. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being N. 35 deg. 25W., 1224.11 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-2, thence:

S. 55° 07" E.,	231.35 m. to point 2;
S. 26° 36" W.,	90.83 m. to point 3;
N. 54° 38" W.,	212.48 m. to point 4;
N. 14° 56" E.,	93.73 m. to point of;

beginning, containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (19,729) SQUARE METERS. All corners are Pls. Cyl. conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings True.1aшphi1 Date of Original Survey June 7, 1953 to June 2, 1954 by Survey Party No. 111 and was approved on January 15, 1955.
